Spring Carnival

When:  Friday, March 20th 6:00-9:00pm

Where:  At Milton Elementary Middle School

What: A Family Night full of carnival games, fun jumps, cake bingo, silent auction, music, great food, photo booth, KONA ICE and lots of FUN!!!

Why: 100% of the profits will go to fund new much-needed UPGRADES to the older bathrooms and storage building, along with other campus improvements!!!!!

A few items may be purchased for the event:

Preorder Deadline is March 18th 3pm in order to allow us time to send tickets home on the Friday.  Please try to avoid waiting until the last minute to help us.  Thank you for your support!!!

  1. Arm Wrist Band for ALL games and Fun Jumps all night:  $10 for each child (ages 3 and up)
  2. Cake Bingo Cards: $5 per Bingo Card

      • Add Chili – $1
    • Nachos – $4
    • Drinks – $1

Any help with either 3 options below will give your child a free dress day coupon to thank you for your participation.  You will need one option per child to allow a free dress coupon for multiple children.  We thank you so much for your support in making this event a success!! To clarify: your child can receive 3 free dress days if you help in all 3 ways! If you have 2 children, you will have to have 6 options for all children to receive all 3 free dress days. AND any children in a family who volunteer for more than 1 hour will be invited to an ice cream party!!!

Option 1: Volunteering for the Event:

We will need MANY volunteers to make this event possible.  Please consider donating your time. Sign up here for a Volunteer Slot. If a child gets more than an hour worth of volunteering, they will be invited to an ice cream party one day during school.    https://ttsu.me/ygt8j9


Option 2: Cake Bingo Help:

We are collecting cakes for the Cake Bingo.  We will have volunteers the morning of March 20th at the Car Rider Line collecting cakes or you can bring to the event.  Make sure to mark your cake for the Cake Bingo with your child’s name and teacher.  Please  no ice cream cakes.


Option 1: Silent Auction Help:

We having a silent auction with themed carnival gift baskets that are always successful because of your generosity. We will need your help to fill the baskets! Please consider sending something to help fill the basket for your child’s grade level. Your child will receive a free dress day to thank you for your participation. Please send all items prior to Monday, March 123h and mark your donation for the Gift Basket Silent Auction with your child’s name and teacher.  Also if you have a business that could donate an auction item, it would be greatly appreciated!!   Questions, contact: Marguerite Blanchard at margueriteblanchard@gmail.com

$100 per sponsorship for a business logo on the back of the event shirts as well as sponsor signs throughout the event, in front school lobby area, and on our high traffic Facebook page  (in either cash/check or IN-KIND contributions)
